Adaptive Cruise Control uses the front radar to hold a set distance to the vehicle ahead, slowing and accelerating with traffic and, on supported vehicles, bringing the car to a stop and pulling away again in queues.

Many vehicles left the factory with the radar fitted but the feature not enabled. Availability depends on your build and market, so the VIN lookup is the definitive check.

Does my car have the radar?

Most vehicles with the driver assistance hardware do. The VIN lookup confirms whether your build has what it needs before you order.

Does it work in stop-and-go traffic?

On vehicles with the queue assist function, yes. It brings the car to a stop and resumes when traffic moves. The VIN lookup shows which version your vehicle supports.
